Where to Play: Prediction Markets and Crypto Betting Venues

For prediction markets, the main venues are Polymarket, which runs from a crypto wallet, and Kalshi, which is registered with the CFTC. For crypto casinos and sportsbooks, the shortlist below covers the operators this site follows. Choose on depth, fees, coin support and stated licence, not on bonus size. The list is the operators this sheet covers, ordered by fit for its readers, not by commission.

The venues we cover

  1. 01Polymarket

    Polymarket

    39/100

Polymarket is the venue most of this sheet's prediction market data points to, with deep markets on major events and a wallet-based model on the Polygon network. The limit is access: the international site is blocked in the US, UK, France, Germany, Australia and other places, and network fees fall on the user.

  2. 02Kalshi

    Kalshi

    48/100

Kalshi is the regulated counterpart: a US exchange registered with the CFTC as a designated contract market, with contracts priced between zero and one dollar. It is restricted in many countries including the UK, France, Australia and Canada, and several US states dispute its legal position.

  3. 03Cloudbet

    Cloudbet

$2,500 Welcome Package + Up to 5 BTC

    74/100

Cloudbet is a long-running crypto operator with a sportsbook and casino in one account, taking BTC, ETH, LTC, BCH and USDT. It is crypto only and holds a Curacao licence, so oversight is lighter than at a European regulator.

  4. 04BC.Game

    BC.Game

Up to $4,000 Welcome Bonus + Free Spins

    75/100

BC.Game supports more than 150 coins and offers an optional no-KYC route, which suits holders of smaller tokens. Its Anjouan licence is less established, and slower withdrawals are listed as a weak point.

  5. 05Sportsbet.io

    Sportsbet.io

100% bonus up to 300 USDT on Sports or Casino

    51/100

Sportsbet.io is a crypto sportsbook and casino with in-play, esports and racing markets, funded in USDT and other coins. It states an Anjouan licence, a lighter regime than European regulators, and it is closed to the UK, US and many EU markets.

  6. 06Hyperbet

    Hyperbet

    39/100

Hyperbet is a crypto casino that advertises a very large game lobby. Hyperbet is operated by Hyperbet Ltd, and this blog is published in association with Hyperbet Ltd. The site shows no licence number or operating company, and its terms exclude the UK, US, Australia, Spain, Germany and Austria.

How do I compare prediction market venues?

Look at three figures: the depth of the book on the market you want, the fee schedule and the settlement rules. Depth tells you how far a stake moves the price. Fees change the effective probability you pay. The settlement source decides whether the contract pays out the way you read it. Check each against the venue's own pages and note the date, because all three change.

What matters on a crypto betting site?

Coins and networks come first: which coins are accepted, which chain carries the deposit and who pays the network fee. Next is the withdrawal path and any minimum. Then the stated licence and the restricted-country list. A bonus matters last, and only after you have read its terms.

How do I read a licence or an availability list?

Find the regulator's name and the licence number on the site, then look for the same entry on the regulator's own register. Offshore frameworks such as Curacao and Anjouan sit below the oversight of the major European regulators, and a venue may name a framework without showing a number. Availability is a separate question: many venues here exclude the US, the UK and several European countries, and the terms list them.

Why do operators differ so much by country?

A prediction market that is blocked in one country may run a separate regulated product in another. Polymarket, for example, points US residents to a separate product. Always use the version that is open to your location and read its terms.

What about responsible gambling?

Trading and betting are for adults aged 18 and over, and contracts can lose their full stake. Read our responsible gambling page and set limits before you deposit. Our affiliate disclosure explains how the site is funded.
