How the Block Score works

Weights add up to 100%

Block Score = 0.35 × settlement + 0.15 × licence + 0.15 × offer terms + 0.10 × uptime + 0.25 × analyst mark, rounded to a whole number. In the matrix each coloured segment is the points one criterion adds.

    Reads: payment_methods

    Counts the crypto rails an operator lists. Each distinct coin adds 6 points on a base of 52, a listed altcoin range adds 6 more, and card or bank methods alongside add 4. With no crypto at all the score starts at 20.

    Analyst mark

    Reads: Polycasino row notes

    Our own mark out of 100 for how well the operator serves a player who settles in crypto. It comes with a one-line reason built from the operator's data. A row without a note is held at 50.

    Licence

    Reads: license

    Scores the strongest regulator on file, from 92 for the UK and US state regulators down to 44 for Anjouan, plus 3 for each further regulator. No licence on file scores 50.
