The most trusted sportsbook on the planet, with a decent casino attached.
The PolyScore breakdown
Five weighted axes, scored out of 100. Trust and payout speed carry the most weight; headline bonuses carry the least.
Why we play here
- Industry-leading live streaming and in-play markets
- Regulated in 20+ jurisdictions including UKGC
- Reliable cash-out that settles at the tapped price
- Best-in-class iOS and Android apps
Where it falls short
- Welcome offer is smaller than most competitors
- Withdrawals slower than crypto-native rivals
In-play credits worth watching
The headline welcome is small by industry standards, but Bet365's real value sits in daily price boosts, bet builders and same-game acca insurance.
The expert take
There is a reason regulators, tipsters and grinders all keep an account with Bet365. Live streaming across football, tennis, cricket, darts and basketball, the tightest in-play odds movement in the market, and a cash-out engine that actually settles when you tap the button.
The casino sits alongside as a well-groomed add-on: Playtech classics, Evolution live, a slick mobile app. It is not why you sign up, but it is not the afterthought it used to be. Withdrawal speed is the one modern shortfall - card and bank routes still take working days.
Company file
Bet365 was founded in 2000 by Denise Coates, who secured a £15 million loan from the Royal Bank of Scotland and launched the company in March 2001. It quickly grew to become the UK's largest online sportsbook and is now the world leader in online sports betting. Coates and her brother John remain principal shareholders. Bet365 holds UKGC (since 2001) and Malta Gaming Authority licenses, operating under the highest regulatory standards across multiple jurisdictions globally.
